Find your way around
The dashboard, a workspace's sidebar, module tabs and the page header.
orchit has two levels. The dashboard is yours alone: your workspaces, your tasks, your mail and your calendar. Inside a workspace, everything belongs to that workspace and its team.
The dashboard
The sidebar takes you everywhere. It starts collapsed, so expand it to see the names.
| Item | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Mind | Your personal AI assistant. See Mind. |
| Workspaces | Every workspace you belong to, and invitations waiting for you. |
| Tasks | Everything assigned to you, across all workspaces. Pick a workspace to filter by its own statuses. |
| Users | The people in your workspaces, including ones shared with you. Pick a workspace to see each person's team and access level there. |
| Mail, Calendar, Noteboard | Your connected email, calendars and personal notes. |
| Browser, Media | A built-in web browser, and every file you have in one library. |
Click the orchit logo for your AI credit meter, your plan, billing and Settings. Click your name at the bottom for your profile, these docs, appearance (light, dark or system) and logging out.
The bell lists what needs you, such as assignments, mentions, invitations and comments. You choose what you're told about in Settings.
Inside a workspace
Open a workspace from Workspaces. To switch to another one, or go back to the dashboard, click the workspace's name at the top of the sidebar.
The sidebar's first group holds the pages every workspace has:
| Page | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Peak | The workspace's overview, its widgets and its main agent. |
| Talent | People, teams, seats, agents and who can open what. |
| Process | The steps cards move through. |
| Plan | Milestones, sprints and huddles. |
| Knowledge | The knowledge bases agents read from. |
| Forms | Every card type and form in the workspace. |
Pages such as Lists, Email and Calendar appear once a module uses them. Each one gathers that tab from every module.
Below them are the workspace's modules. Choose Add to add another, and use a module's ⋯ menu to edit, share or delete it.
The module header
Every module has the same header:
- Its tabs, with + to add or remove tabs. See Modules and tabs.
- ⋯ opens the workspace's details: name, logo, colour, members and storage.
- Ask AI (✨) opens a chat with any of the workspace's agents, wherever you are.
Tip
When a button is turned off, orchit tells you why. Hover over it, or look just below it on a phone.
