AI and agents
Workspace and module agents
Chat with the agents that know a workspace or a module, and let them do the work.
Every workspace has AI agents that know its work. They answer from your real cards, people, forms and calendars, and they can do the work for you: create cards, build forms, plan sprints or send email. Nothing changes until you've reviewed it.
Which agent to ask
| Agent | Knows | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Peak | The whole workspace | Peak in the workspace sidebar. |
| A module's agent | One module | The module's Main tab. |
| Any agent | Whatever it's set up for | Ask AI (✨) in any module header, without leaving the page. |
From the dashboard, you can also ask a workspace's agent from that workspace's row on the Workspaces page.
What to ask
Each chat suggests quick actions based on what the module holds. A few examples:
- "What's overdue?", "Summarise this week's work", "Who's on the team?"
- "Create a bug for the broken checkout button and assign it to Sam."
- "Create a form for customer onboarding."
- "Put a design review on Thursday at 3pm."
- "Plan a sprint with the high-priority tasks."
Quick actions an agent can't use are shown locked. Click one to see why.
How agents make changes
Agents never change things on their own. When you ask for a change:
- The agent asks what it's missing, one question at a time, with choices right in the chat, such as who to assign or when it starts.
- It shows you the change. Open the review to see exactly what will be created or changed. Edit any part, discard it, or confirm it.
- You get a result, with a link to what was made and an Undo.
Every change an agent makes is listed under Activity on the Main tab, where you can open it or undo it.
Tip
You can close the review and keep chatting. The change waits in the chat until you decide.
When an agent says it needs access
Agents have their own access level in each module: read only, write or admin. If an agent lacks the access for something, it says so, and admins get a link straight to its permissions. See Create and configure agents.
Ask AI from anywhere
The Ask AI panel opens beside whatever you're working on. Pick the agent and where it should look, such as this module, its documents, the web or all sources. You can also attach files and images, record a voice message, or insert a saved prompt. Save prompts you use often, for yourself or to share with your team.
Peak and widgets
Peak's overview holds the workspace's widgets: live numbers such as sprint progress or open bugs. Ask for one in plain words, check the preview, and pin it. See Artifacts and widgets.
