Plans, billing and credits
Plans, seats, AI credits and how to change or cancel a subscription.
orchit has plans for personal accounts and for organizations. Each plan includes a number of workspaces, seats, storage and AI credits. The current plans and prices are on the Pricing page.
What your plan counts
| Allowance | What counts |
|---|---|
| Workspaces | Every workspace you own. |
| Seats | People with access besides the owner, each counted once however many workspaces they're in. |
| Storage | The files uploaded to your workspaces. |
| AI credits | AI work: chats, generating workspaces and modules, drafting forms and more. |
Your usage is under Settings → Billing & Invoices (or Organization Billing).
AI credits
Click the orchit logo at the top of the dashboard sidebar to see your AI Credits meter: how much you've used this period, out of what your plan includes. In an organization, your credits come from a shared pool, or from a budget set for you (see Tokens allocation).
Note
For now, going over the limit doesn't stop anyone: AI keeps working, and the meter says "not blocked". Usage is still tracked, so keep an eye on it.
Change your plan
Upgrade from the Pricing page, or from Change your plan in billing, monthly or yearly. Yearly saves money. An upgrade takes effect at once, and the card on file is charged the prorated difference that day. Before a downgrade, orchit shows you what will change.
Only an organization's owner or admins can change its plan.
Tip
orchit tells you about a limit before anything fails. When you're out of workspaces or seats, it says so as soon as you try, so you can free one up or upgrade.
Payments, invoices and cancelling
In billing you can update your payment method (after your first payment), see and download every invoice, and cancel your subscription. orchit shows what you'll lose before you confirm. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of its period, and you can resume it until then.
Some plans start with a free trial, shown on the Pricing page.
